Df2020’s core intellectual property is called Chatbot Author, it is a no-code platform designed to empower business to simplify and streamline rule-based knowledge, such as regulations and procedures. The platform generates conversational software for enterprise grade omnichannel deployment . The building of the conversational software is via a Knowledge Map, which is the symbolic representation of the algorithm depicting choices, pathways and outcomes. Within the property of a symbol, the business fully controls the conversational script and any contextual data input, image or video. New applications can be tested and published in a matter of hours , collapsing the cost, elapsed time and risks associated with building software. In production, the latest published rule-based knowledge is assured across every touchpoint. During the dialogue, every interaction is recorded verbatim with a date and time stamp. This generated composite data (dialogue-steps and data input) is an audit trail enabling transparency, traceability and new forms of measurements, whilst providing the basis for other solutions such as machine learning and process automation.
