Young people lack the transferable and entrepreneurial skills to create impactful projects. Leadership, resilience, creativity, empathy, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management. After the digitalization that COVID-19 triggered, they need them in a digital environment. Through Shaping Horizons, young people participate in our programmes to learn and develop their skills while building social enterprises and meeting other changemakers.
