EBO’s productised Virtual Agent allows it to offer specific services, presently, within four key market verticals : healthcare, financial services, iGaming and telco. In all these industries the main service deliverable relates to the automation of service wherein the enterprise seeks to improve efficiency and Customer Experience (CX) whilst reducing operating expenditure. The supporting deliverable is an RPA-based drive to simplify and drive repetitive functional processes in a business (such as KYC, on-boarding, appointment setting and so on). Whilst EBO’s product leverages the strength of AI frameworks it is entirely vendor independent and is built on its own intellectual property. EBO has been active in the UK, Cypriot and Maltese market and its outcomes have been extensively covered by the Financial Times, Forbes, The Telegraph, the Fintech Times as well as other international press and/or journals. In the healthcare vertical EBO is deployed in two NHS flagship hospitals (Somerset Trust and East London trust) which are providing the basis for EBO’s expansion in the UK. In the financial services vertical EBO is working with FxPro (the largest European foreign exchange trader) as well as Mapfre. In the iGaming vertical EBO is working with Italy’s largest retail participant: StanleyBet as well as other Malta-registered entities.
