Updated PLA+PBAT hydrophilic polymers offer shelf life comparable to plastics without the environmental downside; eco-ink print rolls for HFFS.

About

Our manufacturing partner Bioplastics International holds a patent on plant-based PVA (hot water soluble thin films). No microplastics, residues or acidification of water. Our PLA+ contains hydrophilic polymers that attract water and a bacterial cascade to consume our plant starch products.

Key Benefits

Single use packaging must be compostable in a facility but will continue to elude industrial compost sorting for some time yet. Meeting the problem where it exists means complete degradation in landfill or marine conditions when leaked into the environment. PVA and PLA+ films can be seamlessly integrated into existing FFS or similar packaging processes. Bulk pellets also available to create your own film.

Applications

Consider thin film plastics antiquated by updated/patented biofilms.
