About

Novel Software to Optimize Grouping Background: Working in groups is a popular method for accomplishing tasks in workplace and educational environments. Common assignment methods include assigning group participants at random, by participant interest, or by allowing participants to choose group members, though the research on the effectiveness of these methods is mixed. New methods are needed to help individuals assign participants to groups to help groups work more effectively and efficiently – both in the workplace and the classroom.
