SPARTA consists of a novel, scalable Distributed Shared Memory (DSM) FPGA cluster and a parallel ray-tracing engine that exploits the unique features of the cluster to enable photorealistic rendering of large-scale dynamic scenes at interactive frame-rates. The product will be brought to market in two stages. Initially, the hardware will be marketed as a standalone product and this will be followed closely by the ray-tracing engine. This strategy will allow early access to the market as well as providing an early income stream for the company before the ray-tracing engine is brought to market. Video: https://vimeo.com/9911856
