The system measures a wide spectral range which includes Mid IR (MIR), Far IR and Millimeter Waves (MMW) in order to build a database of the substances signature from the evaporation. The investigation and measurements of the absorption lines of the substances in different wave length is carried out using the proprietary technique. A compact and mobile real time monitoring instrument can be developed based on this research.
