Our solution EcoSync is a Software as a Service suite that optimises the performance of buildings and reduces their energy consumption through our software and hardware integration. It addresses the 3 issues of excess CO2 production causes (pollution, cost and wasted energy). Our solution based on one simple premise: STOP HEATING EMPTY ROOMS. How EcoSync works: The patent-pending responsive zoned temperature control uses cloud-based platform to connect the existing room booking system of the building with hardware-free occupancy detection and IoT devices to control the temperature. This cloud-based platform is an easily retrofitted solution for those older commercial buildings that has no building management system. These buildings are never the focus of smart technologies and they could only become more energy efficient with significant refurbishment, but we can improve their energy efficiency with a fast and cost-efficient retrofitted solution. EcoSync’s solution is building on the existing building technologies, integrating them in a way that only occupied areas are using energy and empty ones stop wasting it.
