VEX Customer Service (CS) Platform is used in a wide range of customer interactions allowing for the instant issuance of retail e-vouchers (digital eGifts) to be delivered via email or sms to qualifying recipients. The platform features a range of controls and user settings to ensure a full overview of activity used for audit and reporting. Configuration allows for bespoke branding and messaging; multiple security settings; inputs via manual intervention, upload or API integrations. Includes options to include up to 150 retail brands in a range of currencies as well as multi-choice options allowing the end recipient to make the final selection. Delivered e-vouchers can be spent immediately in-store or online dependent on retailer.
