By using a colourful BIDI code into the environment the environment becomes personalised and accessible for customers to navigate around and access content in their own language. This solution gives independence back to blind and visually impaired people and gives a digital environment that can be monetised and makes navigating around the environment accessible. API's, real time information and other third party services can be linked into the solution to provide for example real time public transport information, or book assistance, or a taxi directly from where you are in the environment. Everything is in the Cloud which allows for instant changes in case for example elevators go out of service, different routing during different times or during events etc. The technology that enables this is currently available on packaging found worldwide on for example Kellog's products, but also in public transport environments such as London Euston station. The solution will also provide monitoring and reporting solutions to the client, understanding what information customers are searching for in certain places of their environment and how they will navigate around, all GDPR approved.
