Our system and mobile application are used to assign, execute and verify tasks on a large scale in many locations simultaneously. It allows to instantly change content to targeted groups and sends automatic tasks and notifications (push, SMS, e-mail, personalised voice bot). The system can be used in 2 areas. Installation Response & notifications Installation The system provides support for the installation of different kinds of counters (e.g. water, thermometers). The technicians have access to instructions indicating how and where to install the devices. Then they document the installation with photographs from various distances, which are sent to verify the execution of the task. They can also scan the barcodes of the devices. Response Counters come from different producers and use different communication technologies to translate data to the central database (mobile data, WiFi, Bluetooth). TakeTask can be used to gather data from different sensors with one app. Once all information is in one database there is another problem - how to send this information to people on spot to check it or even to run planned inspections and maintenance. Our system will send the task to the people closest to the sensor in order to verify the reading or react in another way. TakeTask solution is a mobile application (Android and iOS). It offers a wide range of possible functionalities such as digital forms, answering closed and open questions in many formats, mini training, GPS location, notifications, taking pictures, recording a voice, pre-set and dynamic open single and multi-select questions, and many more. We also provide voice bot and dynamic SMS technology. We have proof of our flexibility combined with scalability. In 2020 in just 2 days we launched a Covid mandatory quarantine application for the Polish Government. Now it has 3 million users accounts performing hundreds of thousands of tasks per day with voice bots informing people about results of tests, isolation or quarantine.
