The innovation is a combination of wearables technology and vision system where the team brings a decade of experience aimed at improving worker safety.

About

Swinburne University of Technology and All Energy have worked together int he past to develop a wearable based innovation for the meat industry.

This innovation builds on prior work conducted with AMPC on a) computing KPIs using wearable technology in the meat production line and b) detecting sharp/dull knife and using this data to predict potential muscular injuries.

The related capability is our expertise in vision system where we have developed technologies using low-cost cameras for 1) detection of hazards in the environment and 2) compliance checks including standard operating procedures.
