Background

Cambridge Innovation Parks Limited (“CIPL”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Paragon Land & Estates Ltd. CIPL was created to deliver the “Go-To” work-live-play-relax experience for Cambridge’s most exciting early stage and growth companies. 

The concept is built around Cambridge Innovation Park North, our existing Waterbeach site. By 2024, it will encompass three interconnected campuses. Each will offer flexible, bespoke accommodation in attractive grounds with on-site food outlets and entertainment experiences as well as easily accessible business support and incubation facilities. 

There will be a strong focus on supporting sustainable working and promoting healthy work/life choices. Each site will have its own unique characteristics but supported by common infrastructure and enabling easy access to a wealth of facilities, networking and collaboration opportunities...all supported with green transportation and interconnection solutions. 

Cambridge is destined to keep growing. Our development plans are designed to optimise the release of new capacity as the city grows. Our aim is to provide exceptional solutions which accelerate the realisation of value for our clients. We have a strong belief that we can be both accessible and differentiated and will work relentlessly to realise this. 

We have already acquired the land for our cleantech Campus in the well-connected and rapidly expanding West Cambridge location and a further site has been purchased in the heart of South Cambridge’s biotech community.

CIPL is being built now, but with the future in mind, ensuring that it is well positioned for both inward and outward investment and collaboration. We believe we have a compelling vision of how this will be done sustainably, ethically and with a level of creativity and passion that marks CIPL out from traditional agents and developers.
