Background
At Twinings, for over 300 years, tea has been more than a passion. It’s a belief that drinks made using teas, plants, beans, fruits & botanicals in many shapes & forms, can be a positive change. They believe change is good, and are constantly innovating, pushing the boundaries of what their drinks can do for people, to enhance their physical & emotional wellbeing, changing their day for the better.
Challenge
Their question to solution providers is “How do Twinings get people who pause with a coffee mid afternoon, to choose Twinings as a way to feel more connected with the real world?"
Twinings are looking for ideas that change how people pause & connect, encouraging them to enjoy these positive experiences more often & get more from these moments of connection.
The solutions must look at improving or change one or all of the following:
- Highly enjoyable & satisfying product experience – from where it’s from, how it’s made, the experience of drinking
- Technological implementation (How teas, plants, beans, fruits & botanicals can be consumed in a different way)
- Communication (How can Twinings communicate it’s offer in a compelling way)
