We do good things with great food.

Background

Challenge

Fresh healthy food is at the heart of Samworth Brothers and the needs of the consumer. They are constantly innovating to delight their customers and as such are looking for novel technologies to remove the need for the water-based decontamination process that is currently used on their produce.

Samworth Brothers are interested in hearing from you with ideas or technology that will reduce/remove microbiological and physical contaminants from produce whilst maintaining product integrity and quality, as it moves from a low risk environment into a high care processing facility.

What’s in it for you?

Samworth Brothers are open to a wide-variety of approaches depending on the stage of the product/process development. They are open to discussions ranging from just providing a route to market through to licensing, co-development or acquisition.
