In these unique times, as we spend more time at home, we have become increasingly reliant on the virtual assistant or smart speaker to run our days – play music, turn on the lights, give us the news headlines or capture our shopping list.
We are looking to extend this to the workplace for one of our clients – to commission a voice command device that will give real time access to the company’s business and IT data.
The business data query tool should provide answers to verbally introduced questions such as what are the sales figures for last week or how many O365 licences do we have?
Given the sensitivity of the information, the device must have robust data privacy protection and controls.
