Henry is a cofounder and CEO of MyMynd, a digital mental health platform tackling the challenge of mental health & wellbeing in the workplace intensified by covid, climate and conflict. Prior to this Henry led an award-winning alliance of multinationals, innovating to get ahead of the climate impacts/risks of their built environment. He previously held senior roles with Mars, Johnson & Johnson, 20th Century Fox and served as an advisor to the WHO. Henry is also a Visiting Fellow at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Said Business School, University of Oxford, where he contributes to programmes on systems leadership, strategy & innovation for senior executives. He is a regular keynote speaker/writer on ‘Leading for Resilience within both industry and academia. He completed his PhD in Neurology at the University of Cambridge and MBA at the University of Oxford.
