Having turned around 4 composite manufacturing businesses, I set up Composite Braiding Ltd (CBL) to address the need for higher-volume, lower-cost, more sustainable structural lightweight composite components. We have won multiple awards, including two for global innovation and one for net zero. Prior to entering the composites industry over 18 years ago, I was in Rolls-Royce for almost 19 years. My last two jobs were Customer Business Director and Head of Marketing.
