She is managing a network of 24 Certified Training Partners and supporting them to grow markets on innovation management training and consultancy in their regions ranging across the US, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia. She has expanded the network of institutional partners, universities and in particular the network of Certified Training Partners by in Australia, Northern, and Western Africa, South Africa, Scandinavian Countries, Canada, Peru, El Salvador, Mexico, Ecuador, and the Philippines. She is Certified as Innovation Officer and has mentored dozens of professionals on innovation tools, methodologies and applying those to real-life challenges. She is working as a Management Consultant for a US innovation consulting company. During her experience as consultant, she has mentored students in crowdsourcing ideas using GIMI framework as well consulting clients in aviation, hospitality, pulp & paper, cosmetics, food industry. She has co-designed innovation assessment innovation training programs for high schools, leaders. She has an extensive expertise on social entrepreneurship at European level and for many years she has researched the topic, mentored social enterprises, and distributed funds to the sector. She has contributed by building a network supporting social entrepreneurs in Western Balkan. She has written many papers on philanthropic environment, sustainability of CSOs, youth entrepreneurship, as well has been lecturing in topics such as strategic management and decision making.
