I bring to Cascadia Seaweed over twenty years of experience in investment, capital formation and CFO experience in financial services, real estate and impact sectors. I have raised significant capital in venture stage, venture debt and private equity businesses. I was co-founder of a $150MM mezzanine debt fund and have completed over 80 deals. I am a CPA-CA in Canada and Australia.
