Sudhir Kadam is a Serial Entrepreneur, Startup Advisor, Investor, Keynote Speaker, and Corporate Innovation Strategist. He has held C-level and executive team positions and has been on the founding team of a startup that scaled organically from zero to $100M. As an executive team member, he has had three exits in areas like Telecom CRM (2000), Telecom Big Data & Analytics for Fraud Detection (2016), and Mobile Advertising (2020) acquired by Softbank. Five of the startups he advised and mentored have had successful exits in areas such as Location Apps (Wirkle acquired by Location Labs in 2011), Video Streaming (Streameasy acquired in 2016), IIoT for Transportation (Teramatrix acquired by AirLinq in 2017), Cybersecurity (Nanosec acquired by McAfee in 2019), eSignGenie (Document Signature company acquired by Foxit Software in 2021), IoT in Manufacturing (acquired in 2023 by Public company in Israel). At FYDA Growth Partners, as a Venture Partner, his focus is on growth acceleration. He takes startups with early adoption through the growth cycle, preparing them to scale into thriving businesses. FYDA’s portfolio focus is on B2B tech startups in AI/NLP, AR/VR, Computer Vision, IIoT/Smart Manufacturing, Robotics, Electric Vehicles, Medical Devices, and Payment Tech. He is also an advisor to the Silicon Valley Syndicate Club, which funds global pre-Series A and Series A startups. Sudhir has run several acceleration programs for early- and growth-stage startups for IITians in the Silicon Valley, churning out 38 startups in 15 months, many of which have raised Series A from tier-1 investors in the valley. He also runs industry specific corporate acceleration programs. Well-networked in startup ecosystems in the US, Europe, and Asia, he has mentored several hundred startups globally to make them fundable with creative pivots and go-to-market strategies.
