As the VP of Global Client Innovation at Pegasystems, I lead a team of experts who help organizations create better enterprise technology solutions using business outcomes, design thinking, and rapid prototyping. I have over 13 years of experience in delivering user interface design and user experience to customers across various industries, such as insurance, banking, and healthcare.
My mission is to enable and empower our clients to successfully navigate their digital transformation journey and achieve their business goals. I do this by driving innovation and design thinking into Pega's sales and creation methodology, developing and adopting best practices and value-driven approaches, and supporting and recovering complex project deliveries. I also hold a Pega Certified System Architect credential and have multiple patents and publications in the field of user interface design.
