I am David Silvera-Tawil, a leader in innovation including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, mobile health and UX Research, with over 15 years of dedicated experience in pioneering research and technological innovation. My academic foundation is solidified by a PhD in Robotics and AI from the Australian Centre for Field Robotics, University of Sydney, along with advanced certifications in strategic and transformative leadership from INSEAD.I am currently a Principal Research Scientist and Team Leader in emerging technologies in digital therapeutics and care at CSIRO's Australian e-Health Research Centre (AEHRC), the leading national research facility applying information and communication technology to improve health services for Australians. My career is defined by my ability to blend strategic vision, road mapping, design, development all the way through to evaluation and implementation. I'm also an Adjunct Associate Professor at UNSW's International Centre for Future Health Systems and a member of the new NDIS Evidence Advisory Committee (EAC) Assistive Technology and Capital Sub-committee. I have technical experience in sensing, IoT, robotics, AI/machine learning, and hardware/software development. I have published over 80 articles in leading journals and conference, created national and international collaborations and received multiple national and international awards.My professional journey is underscored by a commitment to innovation and excellence in every endeavour.
