Expertise

Designed first ever PET bottle recycling process announced in 1985. It included the means to elevate the intrinsic viscosity of the recycled pelletised material above that to which it was originally made. Latest development is a high throughput process to manufacture structurally engineered , heavy-duty composites made from recovered plastic packaging waste, primarily polyolefins (LDPE,HDPE and PP) in the form of plastic bags, shrink and stretch film, multi-layer barrier films, metallised drink pouches, bottles, containers and, tubs and trays. End product markets include utility poles, rail sleepers and a wide range of products for coastal and fluvial protection (drainage channels, sluice gates, crib walls, revetments, in place of using tropical hardwood and creosote treated softwood.
