Planned, designed and implemented transformational, sustainable crowd innovation capabilities leveraging SaaS Innovation Management Platforms for Internal and External Innovation Programmes discovering new products, services, business models, cost savings and process improvements. Key outcomes include: Discovering between £2m-£2bn in estimated revenue growth and cost savings for a range of organisations. Capturing over 3,500 ideas in 72hrs for one company from over 16 locations around the world. Regularly engaging over 50% of organisations employee base to help transform their Innovation Cultures. Guiding the design of various External Innovation Programmes for a range of clients including; BMW, Cisco, Siemens, Unilever, UNHCR and The United Nations. Holds three degrees including a PhD.
