With 10+ years’ experience in financial services, Letitia is an independent consultant to clients including BlackRock, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, and HSBC. Assignments have included technology solutions through in-house development and procurement of FinTech and RegTech vendor technology. Devising and executing corporate innovation and digital transformation programmes for financial institutions. Letitia is currently serving as an independent expert to the European Commission providing monitoring, evaluation, and policy advice on innovation and economic development. Listed on the Innovate Finance 'Women in Fintech 2017 Powerlist', and LATTICE80 '200 top FinTech leaders in the EU', Letitia is an advocate for institutional adoption and engagement of FinTech, RegTech, emergent and disruptive innovation. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Letitia spent her career in equity research, credit risk and regulatory compliance. Letitia studied towards an MSc Finance at the London School of Economics.
