Expertise

Trevor Stansbury is the founder and CEO of Supply Dynamics. He is a subject matter expert on the adoption of “digital thread” and predictive/prescriptive analytic solutions in the "extended" supply chain. For the last 17 years, he has pioneered digital transformations at some of the largest manufacturing companies in the world including such companies as Oshkosh Corporation, General Electric, Westinghouse, Collins Aerospace, Nissan and many others. Trevor and his team help Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) collaborate with Tier 1-Tier N suppliers on the timely purchase and supply of metals, plastics, electronic components and other raw materials in highly distributed manufacturing environments to lower cost, standardize materials and improve operational performance. Prior operating executive roles include: Director of International Programs & Risk/Revenue Sharing Programs at Honeywell International and President of a trading company established by McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems. In those roles he helped lead the Honeywell acquisition of a Czech company that now manufactures and overhauls engine components for Boeing and Airbus and directed trading company operations for McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company in Mesa, Arizona, Yugo-Zapadnaya, Russia and Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Stansbury holds an Executive Certificates in Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Crowd Sourcing and Collective Intelligence and Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In 2009, Trevor was recognized as the Thunderbird Alumnus “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Walker Institute of Entrepreneurship, Thunderbird School of Global Management. His interest in emerging technology (block chain, AI and Additive Manufacturing) and the impact of disruptive forces on global supply chains is surpassed only by his love of spending time with his wife and kids and occasionally finding time to hike really high mountains.
