I am currently running a portfolio career: - I am an adviser and help look after Business Development, for Iprova sarl, a start-up with novel methods for "inventing inventions" - I am a Co-Founder and Director of Visual Metaphors at Work, a global consultancy, mentoring and licensing company helping diverse groups of people unite to solve common problems and the identification and management of corporate culture - I regularly give talks on different aspects of Intellectual Property and technology transfer and write articles on these topics. I have experience in start-ups and in Fortune 500 companies, have had my own company and been Group Technical Director of a company with sales of £2,5bn. I have a tremendously broad industrial experience extending from physics and electronics through packaging, paints and surface coatings and the automotive industries, to fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals. I have found finance,negotiated tax regimes,bought land and built new process lines and a factory,carried out successful business development in the US and Europe (I speak fluent French and German) and have several patents to my name.
