Our business uses cutting edge computer based analytical tools to optimise structures to use the right materials in the right place. In this way we can reduce weight and still deliver on customers' expectations for cost and stiffness. Our analysis techniques include static and dynamic analysis up to an including full vehicle crash analysis and also behavior of complex multi-material structures. Once designed we can then go on to manufacture samples, off tools prototypes and where required series production. We have production capabilities in UK and India with a facility in China underway
