I refuse to believe that after 30 years of research and development and billions of USD invested, the result of 15% less time spent in traffic by large companies in the industry is nothing but a failure. It is time to address the problem using a new paradigm. Many mathematicians around the world have found that the calculation algorithm for the green wave in traffic - based on complex functions of mathematical combinatorics - is difficult to create. In fact, someone did. So I called it the "Martinescu algorithm" and started the simulations with it to generate a dual green wave in traffic. Going through urban transport corridors, in both directions in green wave, simultaneously and at the same speed, along the entire length of the road section chosen for implementation, regardless of random distances between traffic lights, are the characteristics that define our concept of dual green wave.
