I have spent my career working in the environmental sector. My expertise is in the development and management of new approaches to environmental management. Whether that is through technology, policy, or programming. I worked in the field of climate change solutions for 14 years and served as the President and CEO of Climate Change Central in Alberta. This was a government-created and funded independent NGO. I have managed efforts on energy storage, solar, energy efficiency, green buildings, net-zero energy homes, transportation, emission trading systems and new emerging technologies. I currently serve on the board of the Alberta Clean Tech Industry Alliance and have served as the past vice president. I also Chair the Board of Viresco, a consulting agency on sustainability primarily focussed on agriculture and forestry.
