With a solid background in user-centred design, I have built and managed award-winning Innovation teams in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Currently, I am leading the experience and system design practice at Ider design and innovation studios. My passion is designing services that are ethical, data-driven, uncover the unseen, empower users and help businesses to thrive in this digital era.
