Tom is the Commercial Director for Optrak. He has previously run consultancy projects in the utilities and logistics markets in the UK and South East Asia; producing reports and advisory documentation for strategic direction on multi-million dollar infrastructure and investment projects and leading application design and process improvement programmes. Tom holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cranfield University and a degree from the University of Durham.
