I am also a practicing primary care physician (MBBS (hons) with distinction and finals prize, 1st class honours degree in neuroscience, British Medical Journal Junior Doctor of the Year 2012 and Merit Award for the Outstanding Performance during my Residency), have 10 years of progressive leadership experience in health systems innovation and digital product development (raised > £15 million in funding for healthcare innovation), have deep analytical capabilities and an understanding of complex data flows (Kennedy Scholarship in Genetics and Systems biology at Harvard, Epidemiology at Oxford University and Head of Research at the King’s Centre for Global Health) and have extensive experience working in and managing teams to build technology and implement healthcare programmes that solve complex problems in complex places.
