Sanita Persona, Lebanon-Quality control department 2009-2018 - Receive complaints and communicate them with concerned; follow-up on corrective actions related to the operation and to the marketing department. - Verifying that all raw material specifications are monitored by the quality control inspectors. - Registering the non-conforming raw materials and communicate them to all departments. - Analyzing and approving all raw material lab test reports and all the reports related to the FG(Visual and Measurements report) and the lab test reports(PH,Viscosity and microbiological test) done by the lab operators. - Performing complex lab tests such as PH, Viscosity, Microbiology, water treatment and any required or new test/tool. - Ensuring all lab equipment’s, chemicals, glassware and stationary are always available and well stored in the lab. - Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment’s as required by suppliers, equipment manuals to ensure accuracy of testing results. - Performing dissections of competitor finished goods requested by the technical department for business development. - preparing the PDC (product data card) for the entire product. -preparing all the mixing master formulas related to the product(baby shampoo, baby oil, dish wash liquid laundry, fabric softener, glass cleaner, hand gel, wet wipes ……). Business generated in 5 regional markets which boosted company total sales by a yearly 10 %. 2020 economic & health crisis management: - Developed disinfectant line appropriate for Covid-19 in a time-frame of 1 month and approved by authorized certification bodies which increased company total sales by 43 %. - Sourcing and negotiating new deals for alternative raw materials resulting in time saving and raw material cost saving by 10 %.
