Paul currently leads the Business Development and Innovation teams at ART Health Solutions, who bring science to workplace wellbeing through the integration of robust data collection & analysis methodology into the corporate world. ART's services provide senior stakeholders with meaningful insights which allow them to make evidence-based decisions relating to employee wellbeing and performance. He previously worked as a Senior Scientist in Exercise Physiology & Movement Analysis at the GSK Human Performance Lab, leading the biomechanics team in human movement assessment, research and innovation. This role included working with a range of athletes to better understand human health & performance at elite level in order to disseminate knowledge back to the wider population as a whole. Paul has a wide range of experience working with digital devices, smartphone applications, data processing software and innovative depth camera technology to enhance the capture & analysis of data relating to health & performance. He continues to proactively work in these areas as the need to objectively monitor and assess workplace wellbeing & performance metrics increases. Paul is skilled in Workplace Wellbeing, Data Analaysis, Biomechanics, Strength & Conditioning, Injury Prevention, Movement Analysis, Management, Business Development, Innovation, Sales, Research, and Project Management.
