Line has a proven track record of increasing value for her customers. Through strategic thinking and a creative problem-solving approach, she is always focused on results and ROI. She works with both B2B & B2C. I worked with multiple luxury brands such as Mac Cosmetics, Samsung, L'Oreal, Mandarin Oriental, and more. Line led the in-store and digital strategy for a luxury cosmetic brand. I worked in close collaboration with the brand and their architect to create an innovative concept store completely reinventing the cosmetic shopper experience. The concept was very well received and very successful in attracting and engaging a new audience. She also led the strategy for another luxury cosmetic brand to design a “phygital” customer experience which resulted in a 200% engagement increase, 30% conversion for account registration, and 6X increase in purchases after engaging with virtual try-on. Passionate about innovation and technology, Line is currently very excited about all the opportunities offered by Web 3.0, from NFTs, and social tokens to Metaverse. Part of her current work is to educate her clients on these new opportunities and to help them develop WEb3 strategic concepts.
