AMO`s OCT image system provides cellular level, real time and three-dimensional images for dermatological applications. The scanning depth of our OCT system is 400um; with 1.3um axial resolution and 1.0um lateral resolution. Different skin layers from epidermis to upper dermis can be easily visualized. The amount of melanosome, keratinocyte nucleus arrangement, dermal collagen and blood vessels can be evaluated.

AMO`s OCT image system provides cellular level, real time and three-dimensional images. We can differentiate skin layers in cellular level: stratum corneum, epidermis, epidermal junction(DEJ). We can evaluate external human tissue microstructure from stratum corneum to upper dermis region (for example, melanin/collagen/blood vessel). By providing real-time skin imaging, clients can select the most suitable cosmetic product for skin care. Clients can demonstrate skin rejuvenation or pigment clearance effectiveness of cosmetic/skin care product.
