AMO`s OCT image system provides cellular level, real time and three-dimensional images for dermatological applications. The scanning depth of our OCT system is 400m; with 1.3m axial resolution and 1.0m lateral resolution. Different skin layers from epidermis to upper dermis can be easily visualized. The amount of melanosome, keratinocyte nucleus arrangement, dermal collagen and blood vessels can be evaluated.
