HI-SMOOTH works both in cold and hot conditions at a wide range of pH and salt concentration. 2. MICROSIN Micronized vegetable fi bres, from fine to ultrafine granulometry. MICROSINs are manufactured from an innovative proprietary HI-FOOD technology starting from GMO free corn and corn brans. 3. PROTEIOS A Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) developed starting from a careful raw materials research combined with extrusion technology. TVP added to the fi nished product is an unconventional way to naturally deliver taste, texture and nutrition. The use of “High in protein” and “Source of protein” claim is possible according to EU legislation.
