As a major financial services company, our client always has its sights set on the future. They are currently exploring financial insights to create a 360 view of consumer data.
Challenge
Our client, a major financial services company are looking for innovators/experts who have solutions in behavioural science systems. They are keen to understand how multi-disciplinary financial insights can be captured. Going beyond financial data and enabling a consumer to have the self-awareness and knowledge, that they believe can enable a 360 degree view on customer perceptions. An example of this, but not limited to, may be interactive videos or eye tracking via gamified scenarios which can enable a deeper understanding of the human unconscious bias.
Our leading-edge client is looking for ways within the AI (Artificial Intelligence) and/or ML (Machine Learning) space to capture and manipulate this data in order to process the information accordingly. Visualising this detailed information will enable a consumer to have a stronger relationship with financial services and thus communication between customer and client moves to the next level of trust. From here, customers can make much informed decisions and our client can provide a hyper-personalised service.
Solutions must aim to adhere to the below criteria:
- Expertise/solutions in one of the three areas (if not all): financial data, financial perception, and/or financial understanding
- SAAS solutions
Applications with a 60 second video are preferred.
