They are continuously looking for innovations to improve both processes and plant efficiencies while improving their environmental sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint.
Challenge
Brickworks are seeking solutions for achieving faster bricklaying. The residential construction industry currently faces significant challenges in cost and availability of skilled labour for laying of brick and block products.
Brickworks are considering new designs in product design and brick and block systems that will enable faster laying and therefore reduce labour time required.
Mortarless systems or robot assisted bricklaying are also solutions of interest.
