Background
CBRE Group, Inc. is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with the #1 global market position in leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuation. Additionally, our development business (Trammell Crow Company) is the largest in the U.S. and we operate one of the largest investment management businesses (CBRE Investment Management) globally. We have been included in the Fortune 500 since 2008, currently ranked #138. CBRE has more than 130,000 employees (including Turner & Townsend employees) and serves real estate investor and occupier clients in more than 100 countries.
Challenge
CBRE is seeking innovative solutions to assess its suppliers' risk levels. The assessment should encompass financial stability, compliance and regulatory risks, quality controls, operational capacity, geopolitical risks, cybersecurity, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks at all levels.
The solution should present the impact of each risk to the company in a dashboard, covering all tiers of suppliers.
The solution should also be available in both English and Canadian French.
What's in it for you?
A successful collaboration could mean, for individuals, becoming part of the wider CBRE group. For organizations, it could mean forming a contractual relationship or joint venture to co-develop and launch the idea to market.
Successful applicants will be contacted post-review.
