To continue attracting and retaining world-class talent, we are exploring new tools that leverage automation and AI to make our recruitment more efficient, inclusive, and future-focused.
Challenge
Finding and hiring the right talent is becoming increasingly complex. Manual CV screening, long candidate searches, and fragmented data sources often slow down the process - costing both time and opportunities. At the same time, competition for talent is growing, and ensuring unbiased and diverse hiring practices has never been more important.
We are seeking solutions that can:
- Monitor and analyse talent resources (e.g., LinkedIn, talent databases) in real time, proactively matching candidates to our open positions.
- Pre-screen incoming applications and CVs using AI, generating shortlists of the most suitable candidates.
- Enhance recruitment decisions by suggesting interview questions or highlighting potential risk areas for each candidate.
- Ensure ethical, unbiased, and compliant processes while respecting candidate privacy and data security.
We are only interested in solutions that are fully developed and live in market with existing clients, ideally with the ability to integrate into existing recruitment systems.
