As a sustainability-minded partner looking to make an impact on the world, you understand that the consumer electronics industry needs to balance available resources with environmental impact. Apply if you are in the pre seed or early series funding stages and looking to find meaningful connections to scale your business. 

Challenge

Have an answer to safer, scalable, cost effective electronics for high capacity batteries and energy storage? We're looking for solutions featuring alternative materials to lithium or cobalt and techniques for battery recycling. Submit your ideas.

Logitech are looking for applications in the following areas, but all relevant applications are welcome.

Novel technologies and processes for energy harvesting and storage in consumer electronics

  • Alkaline or Li-ion recharge battery
  • Novel battery chemistry
  • Alternative constructions
  • Recycled / Low footprint materials
  • Low energy process
  • Electrode coating process
  • Electrode design 
  • Solid state battery
  • Lower power wireless communications ICs, incl. audio
  • Energy harvesting on products (KERS, high efficiency solar, etc)
