Summary

Background

Logitech designs products that have an everyday place in people's lives, connecting them to the digital experiences they care about. More than 35 years ago, Logitech started connecting people through computers, and now it’s a multi-brand company designing products that bring people together through music, gaming, video, and computing.

The Future Positive Challenge is for disruptive companies, startups and pioneering engineers who want to drive change in a multi-billion dollar industry. As a sustainability-minded partner looking to make an impact on the world, you understand that the consumer electronics industry needs to balance available resources with environmental impact. Apply if you are in the pre seed or early series funding stages and looking to find meaningful connections to scale your business.

Our goal is to minimize energy use and reduce environmental impact while maximizing supply chains. We want to hear from you if you have a material alternative that reduces weight, increases strength, reduce carbon footprint, and is bio-based, biodegradable or renewable.

Logitech are looking for applications in the following areas, but all relevant applications are welcome.

Environmentally-friendly polymer and metal alternatives for consumer electronics.

  • Smart and lightweight
  • High strength to weight ratio
  • Additive manufacturing
  • Self healing / Memory materials
  • Elastic / Rubber material alternatives
  • Low carbon footprint materials

What's in it for you?

A successful proposal would mean either working directly with Logitech or one of their supplier partners in implementing the solution and working as a collective team to bring the innovation to market.
