Background

Manchester Airport Group is the UK’s largest airport service operator consisting of Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports. They also have a subsidiary business in the US and an eye for further international expansion.

Challenge

One of the key product diversifications for MAG this year is Transfers. MAG refer to Transfers as how passengers get to and from their airports and onwards once they land in destination. The digital team are specifically looking at how they can leverage technology to create and intuitive, wide-reaching proposition that can fulfil and support the length and breadth of passenger travel. For MAG it is about find the right partners to provide a variety of inventory, innovative UI, customer management, payments and anything that can fit an aggressive growth strategy in the space
