Background

Marks and Spencer (M&S) is a leading British retailer bringing quality, great value food to millions of customers around the world. Our food is known for its quality, freshness and innovation credentials.

M&S is supplied by 14,000 Select Farms – farms we know and trust who are aligned to our brand standards of Quality, Value, Innovation & Trust and who are working on further improving animal welfare whilst reducing their carbon footprint.

Challenge

Marks and Spencer are looking to hear from innovators who understand the challenges facing the farming sector and have solutions that positively impact the sustainability of farms now and for the future.

This could include:

  • Innovation to reduce the carbon footprint of farming systems 
  • Innovations that improve animal welfare 
  • Innovation that reduced product variability and/or improves quality 
  • Innovative that improves on farm efficiency 
  • Innovation that improves bio-diversity and wildlife on farms

What's in it for you?
