Insect Bioconversion Delivery Manager & Entomological Nutritionist. Currently employed at Fera Science, delivering projects on behalf of Defra and its arms-length bodies (FSA & APHA) to provide the science required to legislate and regulate for this novel sector. I collaborate with commercial partners, either established or new entrants to supply expert advice, from navigating UK legislation to engineering to all aspects of insect production. My background is in human and animal nutrition and I'm specialised in insect rearing optimisation. I have further experience and education in food science and processing.
