Chris is a seasoned food and new product development professional and the Co-Founder of Lunch.Co, a groundbreaking peer-to-peer marketplace for workplace homemade meals.
Formerly the CEO of Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars for 13 years, he led innovations in healthy eating, creating over 1000 SKUs, including juices, smoothies, salads, soups, and healthier snacks. He authored the Crussh Juices, Smoothies & Boosters recipe book, known for award-winning recipes.
Prior to that he worked at Bain & Co across the Sydney, Stockholm and London offices with experience across multiple consumer sectors.
Chris's diverse expertise spans various consumer sectors, with a patent for congee/porridge at Mr. Lee's Pure Foods and collaborations with the University of Nottingham on sensory research. He has also ventured into non-alcoholic beverages, spirits, and plant-based product development, reflecting his broad understanding of food ingredients and consumer trends. With over 30 years of industry experience, including early roles at Kellogg's and Smiths Snackfoods, Chris combines deep product development knowledge with a CEO's strategic mindset.
Today, at Lunch.Co, Chris is dedicated to democratizing home cooking and igniting culinary passion. Additionally, he serves as a board advisor and investor in disruptive high-growth Food/FoodTech and Education/Edtech ventures.
